"Without respect on these three levels, it’s hard to produce an environment conducive to good work, says Mavis Martin, founder and CEO of Finegirl Productions.
“When co-workers don’t have respect for each other, there’s a lot of muttering and underhanded comments, like we see from Brandi Glanville,” says Martin. “When a person doesn’t have respect for their own work, they aren’t quick to claim ownership. We see this almost every week with the losing team manager.”
